Pearl Semiconductor is developing a complete full-breadth of timing products based on its patented SingleDie™ technology to serve all of the customers' requirements. SingleDie™ is a true single-die technology where the MEMS SAW Resonator and CMOS circuitry are both implemented on the same die. This innovative approach allows for zero thermal latency and high resistance to shock and vibration. Our portfolio is designed for industrial and automotive applications with an extended operating temperature range of up to +125°C. The product line includes various families of programmable reference clocks, clock generators, clock buffers, and jitter attenuators.

PRL21X

The PRL21X is a SingleDie™ SAW MEMS-based, low-noise, programmable any-rate family of XOs and VCXOs. It leverages the intrinsic advantages of a monolithic MEMS technology, including zero thermal latency and high shock and vibration resistance. The PRL21X supports XO, VCXO, and DCXO modes, and various frequency options (Single, Dual, Quad or Any-Rate) and a tight temperature stability option of ±15 ppm across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. With a typical integrated RMS Jitter of 350 fs for any frequency up to 1 GHz, the PRL21X is an ideal candidate for applications including PCIe®, networking, industrial, and automotive systems.
